Hey there! I’m Sastreix (they/them and he/him), or Devon Kirby if you want something less flashy and snappy. I’m a geneticist by day, and a carnotaurus creator also by day but only in my mind. I do art, worldbuilding, writing, media analysis, speculative evolution/biology and other creative endeavours (some are worse than others!)

I fall in and out of creative bursts (health problems as a full-time working adult, amiright), though I’ll forever want to be more consistent with it and do strive to improve and learn new things. Maybe one day I’ll graduate from "character’s head ¾ view facing left floating in empty space" for art to grounded illustrations, or actually write things instead of having sessions of intense imaginative oc visions.

Hell, maybe I’ll even finish one of my 50 unfinished projects instead of adding a new idea to the pile.

Whatever happens, this site’ll show how that goes! And this’ll be the only site you’ll find my work. I’ve given up on social media and am going self-made or whatever this is.
